Our track record includes three proprietary LUR-family satellites currently in orbit, which have successfully demonstrated the maturity of our platform architecture, subsystems, and LEO operations. Building on this flight heritage, we leverage our modular LUR-100 platform to support demanding institutional missions, including the ESA ARRAKIHS project and the development of the Canary Islands Satellite Constellation (Constelación Canaria).

To drive these ambitious initiatives forward, we are currently scaling our Space Division to advance our SmallSat capabilities.

About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager,



you will hold end-to-end responsibility for the execution of business agreements and project tasks, bridging the gap between high-level executive requirements and daily team operations. You will act as the programmatic conscience for our missions, navigating the intersection of institutional-grade rigor and the fast-paced, iterative nature of NewSpace to ensure we deliver high-reliability missions while maintaining agility.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the project team, maintaining direct authority and responsibility for all project personnel and fostering a culture of operational transparency.
- Orchestrate technical interdependencies by interfacing directly with Design, Procurement, Production, and Integration teams to ensure programmatic alignment.
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate programmatic and technical risks (Phases B2/C/D), and manage mission operation tasks to ensure successful deployment.
