In this interactive role, you will not just execute standard kitchen orders. Instead, you will act as a true artisan and culinary essential. Specifically, you will work within our pizzeria station to craft authentic doughs, manage fermentations, and operate specialized pizza ovens. You will combine your technical knowledge of Italian gastronomy with strict adherence to food safety standards. By doing so, you will ensure high quality,



speed, and consistency across every service.

Your primary goal involves driving culinary success. To achieve this, you will deliver exceptional pizza preparation and baking support. At the same time, you will keep your station beautifully aligned with strict resort presentation standards. Therefore, you will manage daily dough fermentations and oversee oven baking times. Additionally, you will verify ingredient freshness and collaborate with the broader kitchen team to hit service objectives. As a result, you will eliminate service delays during peak dining hours and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury excellence.
