What do we do?
As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will act as the key operational bridge between our Business Development Managers / Sales & Commercial Managers, external B2B partners, and internal creative teams. Rather than a traditional sales or account role,



this is a dynamic marketing operations position centered on executing partner campaigns, managing account requests, and ensuring seamless project delivery across key channels.

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multi-stakeholder project coordination.

Responsibilities:

- B2B partners POC: serve as the primary point of contact for key external partners regarding marketing execution.
- B2B campaign coordination: coordinate and implement marketing actions between different B2B partners, ensuring activations align with account goals and delivery timelines.
- Cross-department liaison: coordinate requests and campaign briefs with internal Exoticca departments (such as Design, Copywriting, etc.).
- Partner account support: support the execution of tailored marketing projects and co-op campaigns in selected key partner accounts.
