Purpose Of The RoleAs a Treasury & Accounts Payable Assistant, you will report to the Manager of Treasury & Accounts Payable and play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the Treasury and Accounts Payable functions.




You will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, preparing and executing payment runs, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also support month-end activities, ensure financial controls and approval processes are followed, and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes while providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing supplier invoices by matching them to purchase orders, verifying general ledger coding, and ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained in line with Financial Authority Policy.
- Reconciling supplier statements, investigating discrepancies, resolving supplier queries, and monitoring aged creditor balances to ensure timely settlement of outstanding items.
