• Hands-on awareness and lead generation campaigns
• Set up comprehensive multi-channel campaigns for awareness, lead generation and retargeting
• Create landing pages, manage paid ads (Google, LinkedIn, others), webinars, newsletters
• Monitor and manage lead lifecycle, lead scoring, nurturing, contact segmentation, and data cleansing
• Develop and execute lead nurture programs across target segments and funnel stages
• Sales enablement and integration; educate and enable sales on demand generation processes and tools
• Ensure sound integration of marketing automation tools with CRM for end-to-end lead processing
• Evaluate and support sales-initiated marketing activities
• Website rehaul and content optimization; define new webpage components for UI/UX
• Improve content based on keyword research, SEO/GEO/AEO; align with Sulzer brand
• Optimize website structure and technical basics for visibility to users and AI
• Reporting and metrics; define KPIs to measure business impact
Responsabilidades
• Hands-on knowledge in digital campaign setup u0026 execution and performance tracking
• Experience in website creation and maintenance, marketing automation, content marketing and social media marketing
• HubSpot proficiency xqbhyrx (essential); good CRM understanding
• 3–5 years in lead management, marketing automat
