What you’ll achieve
As a
Technical Delivery Support
Engineer
, you will play a key role in assisting regional delivery teams in ensuring the seamless delivery of the application in various customer environments.

You’ll also work closely with regional teams to assist with integration of various regional products to T4C.Working with an extended highly skilled team,



you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
* Support regional delivery teams during implementation, deployment, configuration, and rollout of the T4C platform.
* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting deployment, infrastructure, networking and integration-related issues.
* Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve deployment, application, connectivity, API and data flow issues across customer environments.
* Support Kubernetes-based deployments and assist with management of application components running in containerised environments.
* Assist in the configuration and maintenance of virtual machines, operating systems and infrastructure components required for T4C deployments.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, runbooks and troubleshooting procedures.
* Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer sessions to regional deli
