Purpose of the function:
The adecuado candidate will ensure accurate and timely administration of all personnel-related processes within the factory, including payroll support, contract management, agency workforce coordination, employee data maintenance, and compliance with labour regulations.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Personnel Administration: employee files, contracts, updates
- Payroll Support: validate inputs, track absences, overtime, deductions
- Agency Workers: coordinate staffing agencies, track attendance and contracts
- Compliance & Reporting: prepare HR metrics, support audits
- Employee Support: respond to inquiries, assist onboarding/off
