Why this role matters:
We are looking for a highly skilled Configuration Manager to join our Configuration Management and Change Control team within the Global Manufacturing Organization (GMO). In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing our CM functions across multi-domain environments and ensuring flawless product data integrity for multi-site manufacturing.

As a Configuration Manager, your mission is to actively bridge engineering and manufacturing by capturing product information, structuring it effectively, and managing changes throughout the product lifecycle for the local production site. Reporting to the global CM Team,



you will act as a subject matter expert, driving configuration consistency and ensuring changes are rigorously controlled and documented within the local site.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

- Execute and support the continuous improvement of the Configuration Management Standard Operating Procedures (CM SOPs).
- Establish and manage product baselines for assigned segments, ensuring absolute data consistency across PLM, ERP and MES systems.
- Independently manage the day-to-day change management process for assigned projects; process ECRs, ECOs, RFDs, and RFWs, and actively participate in or facilitate Change Control Boards (CCB).
- Structure and maintain EBOM/MBOM as well as CIDL/ABCL configurations, ensuring seamless transitions and accurate product breakdowns.
