We are looking for a Value Improvement Engineer (mainly as Electrical or Instrument Engineer), whose main function will be:

- Provide support to project leaders, engineering and construction teams at the identification and implementation of cost (or schedule) reduction alternatives.
- Benchmark design against historical performance, industry norms and client’s standard designs in order to provide alternative design that MEET but not EXCEED customer requirements.
- Facilitate value workshops and identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement.
- Managing communications or workshops with Clients (if required)
- Prepare multi-discipline conceptual and definitive cost reduction proposals for Capital Projects with assistance of project technical disciplines.
- Break down “silos”, improving communications and enable individuals to contribute to a team solution.
- Provide recommendations which would be incorporated in corporate specifications and standards for future.
- Translate the identified project scope and proposed alternatives in
