Role DescriptionAs an Associate Director, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Strategic Consulting practice in Spain as we offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients on the fields of Real Estate, Construction, People and Corporate Culture.Our Strategic Consulting TeamWe are composed by +40 fully dedicated consultants, all coming from reputable consulting firms and with focus on three main pillars.Investment Strategy: Support Real Estate investors taking investment related decisions (integrated due diligences, monetization plans, strategic plans, highest and best use projects…)Corporate Strategy: Support clients operating in all sectors except pure real estate solve their increasingly complex real estate and people issues (footprint optimization, new build feasibility programs, operating model design, cost optimization plans…)ESG: Support all type of clients with real estate related ESG solutions (decarbonization plans, LEED & BREEAM certifications, environmental due diligence, mobility studies,
