We are seeking a commercially astute, market-facing professional to oversee end-to-end PPA origination and commercial negotiations for utility-scale renewable energy and BESS projects across core European markets, covering Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Germany and other key European territories.This role is fully dedicated to originating, structuring and executing Corporate PPAs, Utility PPAs, tolling agreements and other route-to-market commercial solutions for European renewable and battery energy storage assets. The incumbent will also support project financing initiatives, develop tailored European market commercialization strategies, and drive selective asset monetization in compliance with local power market regulations and industry best practices.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with local European country teams, utilities, energy traders, corporate offtakers, institutional investors and financial counterparties across Europe to deliver commercial targets, enhance project bankability,



and optimize exit positioning for the regional renewable and BESS project portfolio.Key Responsibilities1. PPA Origination & Commercial Development (Europe Exclusive)Lead full-cycle origination, commercial negotiation and execution of Corporate PPAs, Utility PPAs, tolling agreements and customized route-to-market arrangements for utility-scale renewable energy and BESS projects across Italy, Spain, Poland, Romania, Germany and other priority European markets.Build, expand and maintain long-term strategic relationships with European utilities, regional energy traders, large corporate offtakers, energy aggregators and local route-to-market service providers across target European countries.Identify high-potential commercial opportunities, monitor evolving European power market policies, price dynamics and regulatory updates, and support market entry and business expansion strategies for core European regions.Lead negotiations on key commercial contractual terms a
