- Hours: 30 hours per week
- Contract: Temporary August 2026-May 2027

Your Role at Expanish
As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our students from their first day to their last. This role blends student services, administrative coordination, and social and engagement program management.
We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused individual with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a knack for problem-solving.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many students, ensuring a welcoming environment, smooth administration, and a vibrant social and cultural program. If you’re passionate about helping others, thrive in a multicultural environment, and are eager to contribute to a positive student experience, this role could be a perfect fit
Key Responsibilities
Student Services

Oversee the arrival and orientation of new students, ensuring a smooth and friendly first experience.

Support students with general requests, including local information and emergencies and be the main point of contact during office hours.

Advise students pre-departure and help resolve any questions or concerns.

Cover the school reception during operating hours: answer inquiries in person, by phone, WhatsApp, and email, and assist potential new visitors.

Serve as the 24-hour emergency contact on a rotational basis
