An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading international consultancy supporting the delivery of major data centre developments across Spain.
As demand for hyperscale and colocation facilities continues to grow, you will play a key role in delivering technically complex, mission-critical projects for some of the world's leading technology clients.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will manage clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders while overseeing all aspects of project delivery throughout the design and construction lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of large-scale data centre projects from planning through to handover.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risk registers and reporting.
- Coordinate design teams, contractors and specialist consultants.
- Monitor project performance, quality, commercial objectives and programme milestones.
- Chair project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while driving successful project outcomes.
- Support procurement activities, contract administration and project governance.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry best practice.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners.
The successful candidate will possess a strong technical understanding of complex building services and mission-critical environments, coupled with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
