Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and develop strong, long‑term relationships with key planners, consultants, and engineering firms, acting as a trusted technical and commercial advisor.
- Drive the prescription of Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings portfolio (solutions,



products, services, and sustainability offerings) within the planner and engineering community to support sales growth and market penetration.
- Develop, standardize, and promote compelling value propositions and prescription materials tailored to relevant vertical markets, ensuring clear differentiation of Siemens offerings.
- Define, maintain, and prioritize a structured planner/consultant pipeline, including account mapping, segmentation, and action plans to maximize coverage and impact.
- Position Siemens Buildings’ Go‑to‑Market strategy to planners, leveraging both direct channels and partner ecosystem to ensure early project influence.
- Monitor and steer prescribed opportunities from early design stages through handover to sales, ensuring proper tracking, KPI follow‑up, and successful conversion.
