Currently, we are supporting an international industrial group in the search for a Plant Manager to lead one of its manufacturing facilities located in Soria, Spain. This position reports directly to the Business Unit Manager and plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence, production performance and the continuous development of the plant organization.
Position SummaryThe Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management of the manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient production operations, high product quality, cost control, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role leads plant personnel,



optimizes operational performance, and drives continuous improvement to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
- Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, cost, and delivery schedules.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant staff and department managers.
- Monitor and control operating budgets, production costs, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Implement and promote continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Coordinate closely with supply chain, engineering, quality, and commercial teams.
