ABOUT THE ROLE
The main purpose of this position is to design, develop and deliver the product training strategy for the Spanish market, ensuring that internal teams, customers and business partners have the tools, arguments and knowledge required to maximize the end‑user experience and commercial results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Training Delivery: Plan, adapt content according to the target audience, and deliver both in‑person and online training sessions aimed at internal and external sales teams, after sales and technical service teams, as well as customers, distributors and business partners.
- Training Content: Design and update product training materials for different audiences, preparing commercial presentations, product data sheets,



sales guides and technical documentation in a clear and user‑friendly manner.
- Training and Event Coordination: Manage the annual training calendar, including events, product launches and training activities related to new products.
- Support and Knowledge Management: Act as the main point of contact for product‑related queries, resolving questions and providing support to internal teams and customers, while gathering market feedback to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Digital Content and Social Media: Develop and become the public face of the digital training strategy by defining social media content, scripting training materials, and presenting video content, all through a dynamic and educational approach that engages both the digital community and business partners.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 year
