Your main purpose

- Ensure compliance with SIG processes, procedures, policies, and reporting standards,



escalating any gaps or risks to the Reporting Senior Manager; support the Reporting Senior Manager in maintaining consistent ways of working, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Support the portfolio reporting calendar (weekly/monthly/quarterly) by coordinating project inputs, cut-offs, reviews, and distribution activities as defined by the Reporting Senior Manager; participate in reporting reviews and performance forums with Delivery, Finance, and project teams, tracking actions and supporting closure of reporting-related issues.
- Apply agreed KPI definitions, data sources, and calculation logic for schedule, cost exposure, risk, change, productivity, and forecast confidence; flag inconsistencies and propose corrections.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting packs (e.g., Power BI) in line with the single-source-of-truth approach, ensuring consistent views from project to portfolio level; support continuous improvemen
