This is a 100% remote role, open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the U.K.
Your ProfileYou are a perfect addition to the team if you bring:
- A strategic, results-oriented mindset with a drive for innovation and ownership of ambitious goals
- Experience with SEO to some extent: understanding its strategy, user behavior, and having contact with SEO processes
- Proven experience converting organic traffic (from SEO)



into users/buyers and understanding their behavior
- Deep knowledge of conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and crafting high-impact call-to-action strategies
- Proficiency in leveraging web analytics tools to uncover insights and inform data-driven decisions
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams and building a collaborative, inspiring work environment
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate ideas, influence stakeholders, and foster cross-functional collaboration
- A passion for creating meaningful online experiences that align with YAZIO’s purpose and values
