You will be responsible for delivering outstanding brand experiences, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and specialized suppliers, and ensuring that every event meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency.
- End-to-end event management: Lead the full lifecycle of events from briefing to execution and post‑event analysis, ensuring seamless delivery across all stages.
- Production leadership: Oversee the production and execution of events, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure flawless implementation.




- Planning & operational excellence: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows, ensuring all moving parts are aligned and executed on time.
- Supplier & partner management: Source, negotiate, and manage specialized vendors (production, logistics, technical, venues, etc.), ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Budget ownership: Build, manage, and optimize event budgets, ensuring profitability and financial control throughout the project.
- On-site execution: Lead on‑ground operations during events, proactively resolving issues in real time and ensuring an impeccable experience.
- Risk management & problem‑solving: Anticipate potential challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.
