Responsibilities
- Providing active technical support to the management and planning teams within the company.
- Preparing detailed project budgets, cost calculations, and comprehensive financial proposals.
- Managing and overseeing on-site execution, conducting regular inspections to ensure work meets technical specifications.
- Preparing technical progress certifications and official project documentations.
- Drafting and monitoring health and safety plans to maintain strict workplace safety standards on active sites.
Qualifications & Experience
- University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or a related technical degree.
- Minimum of 12 months of work experience, preferably within the building and construction industry.
- Good command of industry-standard software programs, specifically Presto, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in Catalan and Spanish to handle local documentation and maintain clear communication with site workers, clients, and local authorities.
- Valid Class B driving license to travel between the central office in Porreres and various job sites.
