This is not a typical entry-level internship, we are looking for candidates who already have some exposure to sales, recruitment, or a previous internship, and who are ready to take on real responsibility from day one.

Your Role as a Talent Hunter Intern

You will be part of an international team of recruiters and report directly to your Manager. From day one, you will be involved in real recruitment processes.

Your responsibilities include:
Sourcing and headhunting candidates via our Database, LinkedIn, Job Boards, and Social media
Creating and publishing job advertisements using your creativity
Screening candidates via phone and matching them with the right opportunities
Managing candidate pipelines in our internal systems
Presenting candidates to clients and coordinating interviews
Following up throughout the recruitment process
Building relationships with candidates and clients
Collaborating closely wit
