Salesforce Project Manager - Barcelona, Spain - Hybrid - 12-Month Contract

We're supporting a general organisation delivering a major business transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the implementation of Salesforce within the organisations

This role will act as the primary link between the business and the System Integrator, ensuring successful delivery of a Salesforce CRM implementation as the organisation transitions from legacy systems.

Location: Barcelona, Spain
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite (non-negotiable)
Contract: 12 months (initial)
Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of a Salesforce implementation programme from a business perspective.
Act as the main interface between business stakeholders and the System Integrator.
Coordinate project activities, timelines, risks and dependencies.




Ensure business requirements are understood and successfully translated into delivery.
Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.
Support change management and successful adoption of the new Salesforce platform.
Required Experience
5+ years' experience delivering Salesforce projects.
Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge and implementation experience.
Proven experience managing business-facing transformation programmes.
Experience working with System Integrators or third-party delivery partners.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
