Partner with senior business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and align HR strategies with business prioritiesManage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes, including workforce planning, candidate selection, and offer managementDrive core people processes such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, and career progressionSupport organizational design and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth change management and employee engagementProvide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on all HR-related mattersOversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, employee relations, and offboardingCollaborate with regional and general HR teams to ensure consistency, alignment, and compliance with HR policies and processesContribute to the continuous improvement and simplification of HR processes, tools, and practicesEnsure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and corporate governance standardsMonitor HR metrics and key people indicators to support data-driven decision-makingFoster a strong feedback culture, proactively identifying organizational and people-related needs
