About the role:
We are seeking a Senior Mail Engineer to join our Workplace Services (WPS) Engineering team within Business Technologies. The team is responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and future-ready enterprise messaging services across SD Worx, supporting more than 10,000 employees internationally. In this role, you will take ownership of the engineering, security, and operational excellence of our enterprise mail environment. You will work with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online technologies, mail security solutions, and mass mailing platforms while helping shape the future of enterprise messaging within SD Worx.

Which tasks can you expect?
- Manage, maintain, and improve the enterprise mail infrastructure supporting an international workforce.
- Operate and optimize Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online mail services, including mail flow, connectors, and transport rules.
- Strengthen the security posture of the mail environment using SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS, secure SMTP, and other email authentication technologies.
- Manage and improve email security solutions, including anti-spam, anti-phishing, malware protection, and secure email gateways.
- Support and optimize bulk communication and mass mailing platforms, ensuring deliverability and sender reputation.
