We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our team in Barcelona.

This is a varied role with a strong focus on daily logistics operations, combined with customer and supplier coordination, data management and financial administration. You will be part of the team making sure that shipments are handled correctly,



customers receive the service they expect and our operational processes run efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different. You'll be involved in the day-to-day coordination of shipments, supporting customers and logistics partners and making sure that everything stays on track.

At the same time, you will help us maintain the accuracy of our operational and financial data – from checking supplier costs to managing the customer invoicing.

You'll work closely with colleagues across Operations, Customer Service and Finance and gain a broad understanding of how an international logistics business works.

Your Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

Support and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations
Coordinate shipments from booking through to delivery
Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays or operational issues
Act as a point of contact for customers and suppliers regarding day-to-day operational queries
Coordinate with transport pro
