We are looking for a Business Processes & Digital Solutions Intern to join our team in Madrid. You will be part of a cross-functional team that connects business, operations, and technology to drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You will get to understand how teams work, identify opportunities to streamline and optimize processes, and deliver operational and digital solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance. In this role, you will contribute to process optimization initiatives, support the management and enhancement of digital tools, and collaborate with stakeholders across different functions to help deliver effective and sustainable solutions.

Responsabilities





Management of internal tickets and requests related to tools and processes
User support for business systems and applications (CRM, ERP, ticketing platforms, etc.)
Support in functional testing (QA/testing) of new features and system developments
Data updates, basic configurations, and routine maintenance of business tools
Preparation of operational reports and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support in continuous improvement projects, including documentation, task tracking, and coordination activities
Identification of recurring issues and assistance in root cause analysis and resolution efforts

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finances, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
Proficiency in EXCEL and PPT.
Fluent in English (B2-C1)
Valuable knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and/or AI.
