The main mission consists of implementation and rolling-out applications in the various Puratos companies around the world in the domain of R&D; and Quality. The Senior Domain Specialist will also identify, promote and coach improvement projects to improve the performance of the entire Puratos Group.
What You Will Do
The Senior Domain Specialist will be an expert in his/her functional domain and will be responsible for implementing projects in R&D; and Quality domain. This functional specialist combines a strong functional background with technical acumen and a passion for operational excellence. This function will play a key role in supporting our digital transformation of the R&D; function and implementing solutions that enhance performance and efficiency.
The key tasks are split in three major areas
Roll-out of HQ chosen applications in Puratos subsidiaries
Analyze existing processes of the company
Build partnership with the local management team to handle the organizational impact resulting from the implementation
Propose and facilitate organizational changes if appropriate and needed
Act as template keeper during projects: protect and enforce the template and contribute to template development based on gained experience in roll out projects
Help key users migrate the old data to the new system
Ensure common rules and data are respected, meaning template processes are followed
SPOC for the Key Users during the projects; gathering feedback and providing innovative insights. Initiating development proposals, and new solutions to gaps
Implement the application localizations applicable in the region/country
Transfer to the Key users the necessary knowledge
