About The Role

As a Technical Account Manager Intern, you will join our Publisher Success team and learn the craft of keeping BENELUX publishers healthy and well-supported. In Technical Account Management we're the handymen of the operation — hands-on, active, and always willing to dig in — so this role is built for a "doer" who wants to learn by doing.

You won't need any Adtech background to start. Through structured onboarding you'll learn to monitor a small set of accounts,



read the numbers that matter, and communicate clearly with publishers in Dutch and English, growing over time toward owning accounts of your own. What we're looking for is the person and the drive to learn, not a CV full of certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Account Monitoring & Health Checks

Learn to run basic health checks on BENELUX publishers' sites using browser tools.
Watch a small set of assigned accounts and flag anything that looks off.

Reading the Numbers

Learn to read the core metrics — fill rate, CPM, RPM — and spot when a site needs attention.
Escalate issues to the team rather than deciding alone.

Communication & Hand-offs

Write clean, clear hand-offs (page link, screenshot, and a plain description of what you see).
Keep publishers updated in plain Dutch and English, with support on the trickier conversations.
