- ✅ Fluent in Danish (C2)
✅ Proficient in English
✅ Call centre experience ?
✅ Communicative & empathetic
✅ Positive, adaptable & a true team player ?
✅ Strong listener with a service-oriented mindset ?
✅ Able to handle challenges calmly & professionally ?





? Daily tasks
- ? Block lost/stolen cards & secure customer data
- ? Verify identities and answer inquiries
- ⚙️ Handle claims & manage card activations or blocks
- ? Ensure every customer feels supported and protected ?️
