As part of a new strategic project, we are looking for Salespeople to support a network of professional partners in the rollout of a new Payment Terminal (POS) solution.

There is no cold prospecting involved. You will work with a portfolio of existing partners. Your role will be to contact them, introduce the solution, answer their questions, and guide them through the activation process until the terminal is fully operational.

Your main responsibilities:

Solution presentation & deployment

Contact existing partners from a provided portfolio to introduce the new payment solution.
Clearly explain the features and benefits of the payment terminal.
Explain the different steps required to install and activate the terminal.
Identify partners’ needs and any difficulties they may encounter.
Answer questions and handle objections with patience,



clarity and professionalism.

Partner support & follow-up

Guide partners throughout the activation journey.
Reassure and support partners as they adapt to the new solution.
Make sure all technical and administrative steps are completed correctly.
Carry out the necessary follow-ups until the application is validated and the terminal is successfully activated.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and update information in the CRM.
Contribute to the smooth rollout of the solution and help achieve the defined targets.

What we're looking for:

Skills & Experience

Native Spanish speaker
Previous experience in customer service, sales, telesales, onboarding or partner support is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills and strong confidence on the phone.
Ability to quickly understand a product and technical process and explain it in a simple, clear way.
