About the role:
As the MPS Payroll Specialist Spain, you will be a key contributor to the delivery of managed payroll services for Spanish SAP MPS customers.
This role focuses on the execution, validation, coordination, and continuous improvement of Spanish payroll services delivered through SAP, in line with agreed MPS service scopes and customer-specific operating models.
You will support the payroll cycle for Spanish SAP MPS customers, including SAP payroll calculation, payroll validation, Social Security processes, statutory payroll outputs,



IRPF-related activities, payments preparation, leaver and finiquito processing, year-end activities, and operational coordination with customer HR, payroll, and service teams.
The role also involves maintaining and improving operational documentation such as SOPs, DWIs, process instructions, payroll procedures, customer-specific manuals, and local working practices.
Responsibilities Produce timely and accurate Spanish payroll for SAP MPS customers in accordance with SD Worx processes, agreed service scope, payroll calendar, country requirements, and contractual responsibilities. Execute and review payroll calculations in SAP, including gross-to-net validation, payroll checks, variance checks, correction follow-up, final payroll preparation, and payroll closure activities.
