The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the implementation, coordination and continuous improvement of BIM workflows across multidisciplinary infrastructure and building projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of digital projects, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, information management requirements and project execution strategies. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, design teams,



clients and external stakeholders to drive efficient project delivery through innovative digital processes.

As a Senior BIM Manager At Arup, You Will

Lead BIM implementation strategies on infrastructure and multidisciplinary projects throughout all project phases.
Review BIM requirements during bid and tender stages, including Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs), BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and BIM assessment documentation.
Attend and contribute to Digital Inception Process (DIP) meetings and support project mobilisation activities.
Estimate and manage BIM Management resource requirements across projects.
Prepare, implement, maintain and continuously improve Project BIM Execution Plans in accordance with ISO 19650.
Establish, administer and govern Common Data Environments (ACC, BIM Collaborate Pro, BIM 360, ProjectWise or equivalent).
