What you'll do
Provide on-site deskside support to end users.
Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
Support Windows devices, laptops, desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications.
Perform hardware replacements and device upgrades.
Support Windows 11 deployments and imaging activities.
Manage inventory, asset tracking, and hardware requests.
Coordinate equipment shipments and vendor deliveries.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
What we're looking for
Mandatory
Experience in Desktop Support, Deskside Support, IT Support, or EUC environments.
Experience with ServiceNow ticket management.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Fluent English and Spanish.
Nice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
Windows 11 imaging and deployment experience.
Asset and inventory management experience.
