Your Role
You will be the first human touchpoint for prospects at Valeria. Marketing brings them into the funnel—you open the real conversation. You own the top of the funnel: researching accounts, running outbound sequences, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that turn interest into revenue. This is an active role in which you work directly with the AE and founders to determine effective messaging and verticals, building a scalable pipeline.



Success in this role leads quickly to an AE position.

Responsibilities

- Run personalized outbound sequences across cold calls, LinkedIn, and email, avoiding templated spray‑and‑pray tactics.
- Qualify leads based on ICP criteria and book meetings for the AE.
- Work closely with marketing and the AE to align on messaging, targeting, and what resonates with buyers.
- Test and iterate outreach strategies, sharing what works and discarding ineffective tactics.
- Keep CRM data clean and accurate so the pipeline is always trustworthy.
- Feed market insights back to the team: objections, competitor mentions, buying signals.

Who You Are
Required:

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, BDR, or a customer‑facing role; drive and motivation matter more than exact years.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish—ability to open doors, handle objections, and build rapport quickly.
