The Credit Control team is a key component of our International Insurance Division and works closely with brokers, clients, externally as well as the finance, underwriting, underwriting operations, Information Technology and claims teams internally. What you’ll be doing:• Create and manage a committed and focused collections team in Continental Europe• Ensure the effective organization and control of accounts processes and cash collection in Continental Europe, including the co-insurance collection and remittance process• Be a referral point to Finance, underwriting department, underwriting operations and claims teams in Continental Europe and within the credit control team for complex queries and technical expertise• Manage debts by monitoring overdue debt, aged debt and outstanding queries and taking relevant action• Monitor and control bad debt accounts taking appropriate action• Prepare monthly targets, compile, and analyse monthly results• Ensure continued development of high-quality credit management techniques• Assist the Head of Finance Operations in the provision of support to the senior management team• Assess the credit risk of new customers, perf
