Director QHSE Management Systems and PMO (m/f/d)REQUISITION ID: 12746LOCATION: Tajonar, ES, 31192DEPARTMENT: HSEQAs part of our growth, we are hiring a Director of QHSE Management & PMO (m/f/d) to support the QHSE Department to ensure the global HSE and Quality strategy through the different areas and functions across the business and performing the following key tasks:YOUR TASKS:Provide global governance for the Quality Management System, ensuring each business area implements and maintains compliance with ISO standards and IMS requirementsLead the General QHSE PMO responsible for coordinating, planning, and tracking QHSE-wide programsOversee the structured rollout and implementation of the Full Quality Transformation (Phases 1 & 2) across all business units, without directly executing quality tasksGovern global VOC processes, Quality Forum routines, and Quality Loop mechanisms to ensure business areas identify, prioritize, and act on systemic customer issuesProvide governance and PMO oversight for global FMEA revitalization, starting with PFMEA,
