About the role
Unit4 builds software for organizations that serve others: in government, education, nonprofits, and professional services. We are investing in our next generation of products, and we are looking for an experienced product manager to take new products from first idea to customers in production.
You will own aproductend to end.



You will run the discovery, shape the definition, work hand in hand with design and an AI-assisted development team to build it at pace, and keep improving it once it is live. This is a role for someone who has done the full job before and wants to do it again,fasterand closer to the customer than most environments allow.
What you will do

Own a productthroughits whole life, not just the launch: discovery and definition, build and launch, then the subsequent releases, improvements, and maintenance that turn a first version into onecustomersrelyon.
Run discovery and research with customers and prospects to find the problem worth solving, then design, prototype, and test solutions together with them.
Turn insight into a sharp product definition and clear, well-prioritized requirements.
Prioritize ruthlessly and own the backlog, the release plan, and the quality bar for your product.
