About the Role and Our Team
Our Design team at The Bump powers our journey to become the most trusted source for personalized guidance and unique tools that support parents. Spanning the US and Spain, we collaborate closely with product, engineering, and content partners to create experiences that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

- Design Strategy & Leadership: Own and lead the full design strategy for major product initiatives, from concept and advanced user research through launch and iteration to drive measurable improvements in key business metrics.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the definitive design voice and primary liaison among design, engineering, product, and content teams, integrating partners early to ensure a smooth development process.
- User-Centricity: Champion a high standard for user-centric design by using both qualitative and quantitative data to understand the user journey and proactively solve their most pressing pain points.
- Roadmap Co-Ownership: Co‑own the product roadmap with the Product Manager, autonomously defining problems, prioritizing features, and managing dependencies acr
