What are we looking for?
We are actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our office in Sant Quirze del Vallès.
The individual will be responsible for managing the full order cycle with international distributors, ensuring timely responses to inquiries, on-time deliveries, and customer satisfaction,
while coordinating with internal departments and handling export operations in compliance with international trade regulations.
Which will be your responsibilities?

- Ensure a high level of relationship with international distributors, aiming for their complete satisfaction in terms of replying in time to their inquiries/requests and the management of their orders.
- Achieve optimal service throughout the entire order process, from order reception to final delivery to the customer, working closely with all departments involved in the process (Operations, Technical Support, Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, Sales and Marketing).
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues related to delays, damages or discrepancies.
- Coordinate export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws.
