DuPont Water Solutions (DWS) is a $1.5B global business focused on solving integral challenges in water purification, conservation, and reuse. DWS addresses critical water challenges and serves its thousands of customers in diverse markets through three major technology verticals: Ion Exchange Resins (IER), Reverse Osmosis Elements (RO), and Systems & Filtration (S&F;).
Reporting to the Global Marketing Leader for Ion Exchange Resin and Specialty Membranes, the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Regional Marketing Manager (RMM)



will translate global segment strategy into region-specific priorities and lead execution across EMEA.
This role is responsible for shaping regional growth strategy, defining where to play and how to win locally, building regional action plans, and partnering closely with Sales, Technology, MarCom, and Global Segment Marketing to accelerate growth in RO technologies.
As the regional champion for strategic marketing execution, the RMM will develop deep insight into regional market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, regulations, channels, installed base, and value-chain decision makers. The role owns regional activation for priority segments, including customer targeting, demand generation, product launch execution, channel effectiveness, trade show presence, share-gain initiatives, and continuous voice-of-customer and competitive intelligence feedback.
