We are looking for an L2 Platform Operations Engineer – MuleSoft (Europe Shift) to join our teams and work with a leading international client, supporting business-critical MuleSoft platform operations in a integral multi-cloud environment.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Govern and oversee L2 operational activities during the Europe shift to ensure service continuity and SLA compliance.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within agreed SLA timelines.
- Perform platform analysis and operational troubleshooting activities.
- Analyze logs and identify the root cause of operational issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
- Support daily operational activities and service requests.
- Assist with deployment, release, and change implementation activities.
- Execute operational procedures, runbooks, and recovery actions.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and known work
