The Supply New Build Lead will own the full lifecycle of PropHero’s new-build promotions: feasibility, financial modelling, coordination with legal and technical teams, and overall project oversight.



This person will be key in scaling the new-build supply vertical and ensuring operational excellence across all active promotions.
How you will shape Prophero

Manage new-build residential developments from land acquisition through to the handover of completed homes.
Conduct urban planning, technical, financial, and commercial feasibility analyses for each project.
Coordinate all key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, engineers, financial institutions, notaries, and public authorities.
Oversee permits, project development, construction progress, and ensure compliance with timelines.
Monitor budgets, costs, financing, and overall project profitability.
Coordinate the sales process, property conveyancing, and final handover of the homes.
Identify potential risks and implement solutions to ensure the successful delivery of each development.
Prepare regular reports for senior management and ensure business objectives are achieved.
