We’re in a growth phase looking to expand rapidly across Europe. We started testing the German market in February this year starting from Berlin and Hamburg. The pilot has brought amazing results and we’re now forming our first Germany team taking ownership over scaling Venuu across major German cities and establishing a strong foothold in the country. The German team will be based in our Barcelona office that hosts our international operations.

To keep the team balanced, we're hoping to hire employees with different seniority-levels; both high‑potential juniors and more experienced professionals. This specific opening is for an Entry‑Level talent ready to kickstart their career.





For entry‑level positions we’re not looking for any specific background; just energy, proactivity, and an eagerness to learn. Mindset is more important than a proven track record.

Fluent German is required for daily work with partners, along with good English for internal communication.

What You’ll Be Doing
Because this is an early‑stage market launch, your role will be highly versatile. The most crucial part of the job, however, is to bring new venues onboard from all around Germany.

- City‑by‑City Launching: You will drive our expansion into new regions. You’ll research to map out the best local venues, and run outreach campaigns to get the platform off the ground – one city at a time.
