This role focuses on managing existing business relationships and developing new opportunities in the field of standard polymers, engineering plastics, and high performance materials.

The adecuado candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, a solid technical understanding of polymer processing applications (such as injection moulding, extrusion or compounding), and a clear focus on delivering long-term customer value and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the polymers processing industry.
* Business Development:




Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting new clients and expanding product penetration.
* Sales Strategy:
Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
* Product Promotion:
Promote engineering plastics, providing technical and commercial support.
* Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (technical service, supply chain, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Reporting:
Provide regular updates on visits to customers, sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Polymer Science or related areas.
* Additional education is advantageous.
Experience
* 3+ years of proven experience in distribution sales as account manager.
* Experience in the Polymer indust
