Social Search Optimization (SSO) and Organic Growth Expert
Lead our Discoverability strategy so that Fever’s content becomes the top‑tier answer to user queries across social platforms. This role focuses on maximizing reach and acquiring new, qualified followers on every platform, turning recommendation algorithms into consistent growth engines.
What You’ll Do

- Audience Growth & Acquisition: design and execute strategies for new follower acquisition and organic reach expansion across all channels.
- Social Search & Discoverability: optimize content structure, formats, and metadata to maximize visibility on TikTok Search, Instagram Explore, YouTube Search, and LinkedIn.
- Multi‑platform Adaptation:
lead the content adaptation framework to ensure every asset performs at its peak according to specific platform algorithms (vertical video, carousels, threads).
- Social Algorithm Specialist: maintain continuous improvement based on real‑time shifts in social platform search engines.
- Growth Frameworks: design A/B experiments focused on hooks, formats, and distribution to optimize the audience acquisition funnel.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration: act as the bridge between the creative and marketing teams to align messaging with growth and monetization objectives.
- Distribution Strategy: develop multi‑platform organic distribution and amplification strategies, tailoring content to each algorithm’s unique dynamics.
- Data‑Driven Insights: analyze performance metrics (Reach, Retention, Search Impressions) to iterate and refine the content production strategy.
