We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jira Administrator to join our team. If you're experienced with JIRA configuration and passionate about optimising business processes, this role is for you.
Gathering and Analyzing Requirements:
- Interacting with internal clients to identify their needs.
- Preparing detailed requirement specifications.
- Analyzing current business processes and suggesting optimizations using JIRA.
- Setting up projects, boards, workflows, and other JIRA functionalities.
- Configuring user permissions and access levels.
- Integrating JIRA with other tools and systems.
Documentation and Support:
- Creating and maintaining documentation on JIRA configuration and usage.
- Training users and providing technical support.
- Conducting regular system audits to ensure optimal performance.
At least 2 years of experience working with JIRA.
Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements.
