Test Specialist (Human Factors) – Integration Test & Analysis
At Airbus Defence and Space, the domain 'Integration Test & Analysis' in Getafe (Spain) is looking for additional staff in the perimeter of Human Factors Engineering Testing within the Avionics and Mission Systems area supporting cross‑program activities. The successful applicant will become part of the team based in Getafe and may also support testing activities in other sites such as Seville, Manching, or Air Force Bases during short‑ to mid‑period demands.
The COC 'Flight & Integration Test Centre', in the engineering cluster 'Aircraft and Systems' from Airbus Defence and Space, is responsible for planning, preparing and implementing all integration test activities at subsystem, system and aircraft level, as well as for analysing test data, reporting results and providing the necessary evidence. It also develops, produces,



qualifies and supplies all the test means necessary to carry out all types of tests—including support for self‑test activities in early development and for hardware and software tests before integration. Current customers include the A330 MRTT, A400M, C295, Eurodrone, SIRTAP, NGF and FCAS.
Main Activities

Act as Test Specialist for Human Factors across all platforms (excluding Eurofighter), covering simulators, subsystem rigs, aircraft ground and flight test activities.
Support the Integrated Test Team forum within activity scope.
Support development, certification, qualification and production activities according to Test Program requirements; ensure and support appropriate V&V; strategy and follow‑up test progress.
Participate in elaboration of Test planning; review, optimise and challenge Test Requests.
Coordinate with Test Framework and instrumentation domain to define proper means for required data reduction, monitoring and analysis.
