What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

- Perform legal and debtor due diligence on NPL and distressed debt portfolios.
- Review legal documentation related to debtors, collateral, guarantees, insolvency, foreclosure, litigation, and restructuring processes.
- Support underwriting and valuation processes through legal, recovery, and cash flow analysis.
- Identify legal risks, procedural issues, and recovery opportunities within portfolios.
- Analyze KPIs, recovery assumptions, and expected cash flows to support investment decisions.
- Prepare client-facing presentations with analytical findings and strategic recommendations.
- Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, technical,



investment teams, and external advisors.
- Conduct macroeconomic and sector research focused on real estate and debt markets.
- We value analytical profiles with interest in distressed debt, legal‑financial analysis, restructuring, and investment advisory.

What knowledge and skills will you need to have to succeed in the position?

- 5–8 years of experience in NPL portfolio analysis, distressed debt, restructuring, servicing, or banking/legal advisory environments.
- Strong understanding of secured lending, insolvency proceedings, foreclosure processes, and debt recovery frameworks.
- Experience reviewing legal and financial documentation associated with loan portfolios.
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
