Its Private Equity Partnerships platform — covering secondaries, co-investments and fund-of-funds — is a core pillar of the firm’s growth strategy and a strategic interface with global LP ecosystems.
The firm is seeking to appoint a VP / Principal to lead fundraising, capital formation and market development for the Partnerships platform. This is a senior mandate with clear commercial impact, focused on expanding the firm’s general LP footprint, with Asia and the Middle East designated as priority markets for near‑term growth.
Key Responsibilities

Originate, lead and execute capital‑raising initiatives for the firm’s Partnerships strategies,



including a flagship impact‑aligned secondaries programme.
Represent the platform across the full spectrum of PE partnership solutions: LP secondaries, GP‑led transactions, continuation vehicles, co‑investments and primary fund commitments.
Build and maintain senior‑level dialogues with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, pension plans, endowments, foundations and family offices — with a particular emphasis on Asia and the Middle East as core expansion corridors.
Manage the full fundraising cycle, including positioning, diligence management, onboarding and long‑term account development.

Asset Class Expertise & Technical Representation

Act as the firm’s subject‑matter authority on secondaries, co‑investments and fund-of‑funds, providing credible, detailed responses on underwriting frameworks, pricing dynamics, risk/return considerations and portfolio construction.
