About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to support team growth, performance,



engagement, and organizational development. You will contribute to the design and implementation of key HR processes, advise managers on people‑related decisions, and help ensure that teams are structured, developed, and supported in line with business goals.
Responsibilities

HR Project Development & Launch: Participate in designing, implementing, and improving key company-wide HR processes
Developing employee evaluation systems (Performance Reviews, 360‑degree feedback).
Creating competency matrices and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Contributing to HR process automation and employer branding projects.
Strategic Partnership: Work closely with department heads to assist with workforce planning, scaling, and shaping/res structuring teams to meet business goals.
Performance & Talent Management: Guide managers and teams through evaluation processes, career growth planning, high‑potential (HiP
